Company registration is the process of incorporating your business with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). A private limited company or OPC is incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, through the SPICe+ form. An LLP is registered under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008.
Once registered, the business is a separate legal person. It can own property, open bank accounts and sign contracts in its own name, and it carries on when owners change. The whole process is online. You do not need to visit any office.
